Really happy with our experience at HTC! They are so quick to correct any maintenance related issues! Much faster, resolution than anywhere I’ve ever lived. There is no heavy turnover in the office, so you always see the same smiling faces every time you go in. I do feel like they’ve taken the time to get to know me and my family and the amount of events they do for the community has been such a pleasant surprise! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, quiet and clean home for their family!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I love my premium 2 bedroom 1 bath! The elevator in my building is so convenient. The grounds are well kept, and so are the amenities. Staff is friendly and prompt with responses. My only complaint is that the activity center is a pretty pricey for residents to rent out for parties etc. however, pro’s of this property far outweigh that single con I have. HTC has been the perfect place to call home.

The staff here are super friendly and usually have an answer to any issues that emerge. The single bedroom layout is very nice considering it’s one of the biggest for the same price as others. Plus having so many restaurants and the dog park nearby is super convenient.

I moved in a month ago and have been happy with Herriman Towne Center Apartments. I have a one bedroom and it’s more spacious than I expected. It’s a quiet complex, I use the gym and sauna regularly and haven’t had any issues with the equipment or being overcrowded. I have free parking and for the most part, able to park right outside of my unit

I had a tour here a couple days ago on Monday as I shop apartments. They’re new, nice, clean, and offer some cool things (the golf simulator is awesome!), but I’m leaning towards this one because my tour guide, Kori, was so incredibly kind, and over-the-top accommodating of all my nit-picky inquiries and very patient with my endless questions. Of the 4-5 places I’ve toured this week, she was the only one who didn’t seem annoyed or rushing me through their tours.

It's very beautiful and Pio helped me with my tour, I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful she was. The maintenance here is so good! They come super quick after you make the request and if your not home they leave a note explaining what they did and how it’s fixed, if you are home they explain why something is wrong, fix it, and explain how to resolve the issue if it starts happening again. I moved in last April and I’ve had a great time here so far. Quiet, peaceful and the management is very kind and quick to get issues fixed. The amenities are good too, this is the first apartment I’ve lived in that has a tanning bed and saunas. They keep the grounds well maintained and very clean. Overall it is a bit spendy to live here but I believe it’s worth it. :)

I’ve been pretty pleased with this complex so far. It’s one of the better complex’s I’ve personally lived at. It can be pricey but the staff is pretty friendly and maintenance is pretty fast to respond. The walls don’t seem to have a lot of soundproofing, so you hear a lot of the kids yelling outside or some of the louder noises. But overall, it’s not a bad place to live.

Office and maintenence staff are awesome! They are respectful, responsive, and resolve all issues within a reasonable amount of time. The property is well maintained by the staff; however, if you want to live in a nice place, it is also the tenant's responsibility to pick up after themselves, their kids, and their animals. Amenities are worth paying for, units are spacious, and staff is amazing. I highly recommend living here.

The property is well maintained but the other part of it is the tenants responsibility. If you want to live in a nice place, you should do your part by picking up after yourself, your kids, and your animals. Amenities are great, and apartment units are spacious. Pio, Christina, & Karlyn were hands down the best I’ve ever come across. They were so informative, helpful, and made me feel like they really cared. The townhome itself is amazing. It is so spacious, so much natural light, the community itself it’s so quiet. When I came in to tour the first time, pio was so nice and enthusiastic which made me want to live here even more! She explained everhthing thoroughly so I understood all fees & amenities + apartment features. Christina was so helpful with my application and getting me approved in a timely manner I am so thankful. If you are thinking about renting here ABSOLUTELY DO IT!!! So happy I found my home at HTC.

I have been living here for 7 months now and love it! The staff is awesome, they genuinely care about the residents here and work hard to ensure everything always stays up to par. The maintenance goes above and beyond to maintain the property and take care of issues that arise. I had a pipe under my sink that just needed to be replaced a couple weeks ago because it was causing a smell in my kitchen due to trapped food. One of the maintenance men *Alec* came in after putting in a request less than 24 hours later. Not only did he fix the pipe but he layed on my floor in the kitchen for almost an hour strategically cutting the pipe at perfect angle to ensure the food trap issue did not come back and that the drainage would run down properly. He did not have to do any of this to fix the issue at the bare minimum as most places would do. It was the end of his shift after 5pm and he didn't care about time or anything else going on, he just wanted to fix the issue and do the job right so it didn't happen again. It's hard to find good people and hard workers like this anymore, and I feel blessed to live in a community that has that!

I've lived here for about a year. They are new apartments with new appliances and are very well maintained. Best apartment maintenance staff I've ever encountered. They are dedicated to keeping the community nice and have responded quickly to any issues I had. The area is very safe also. The apartments are spacious and mostly quiet. I can hear the people below me occasionally if they're talking loudly or their dog starts barking but it hasn't been an issue at all. I live on the side facing Herriman Main Street and the traffic can be loud but with all the windows and doors shut it's not a big deal. I just wouldn't recommend living on the street side if you're sensitive to noise. The only other thing to be aware of is extra fees. The listed price is not the actual price you'll be paying each month. Just make sure to ask them about the total monthly cost before you commit. I would recommend this place.

I submitted a maintenance request for my dryer and a falling shower rod late Monday afternoon. I was a little worried when they didn’t call by the original estimated time. After calling the office to check the status I learned they had a plumbing emergency in another unit but had ordered the part needed to fix our dryer. Both jobs were complete by Thursday afternoon. The two gentlemen that came by were polite, efficient and thoroughly explained what they had done. Thanks again guys for doing a great job! Update 6/1/2021 We recently moved out, the move out process was smooth. Half of our security deposit was returned after inspection. Professional cleaning, misc. small repairs, and carpet cleaning is where the others half went. We got more than we expected back. Our overall experience with HTC apartments was great. Parking is apartment parking, which pretty always sucks unless you pay extra. The only real complaint we had was the Herriman Town Center construction and dust from the construction. That should all be done in about a year. We liked the amenities, easy access to SLC metro, and the staff’s efficiency.

I recently moved out due to relocating for work. I have spent the past almost two years here. I really enjoyed the time I lived there. The Towne center staff were always friendly and really helpful. A few times I had some pretty important packages dropped off at my door, while I was at work or away. I called the office, and the gals would always go grab them, and hold onto them until I returned. When I had a maintenance issue, they were quick to get it taken care of. The actual apartment was great. Spacious closets and bathrooms, that were really nice. The kitchen was perfect for me, and accommodated my master chef style cooking experiments. The complex was always clean and taken care of. Never had an issue with my time there. If I didn't have to leave, I would have been happy to keep living there.

The staff in the leasing office are the most helpful, respectful and understanding of any I have ever dealt with.I work a lot and it took me awhile to get things done and they were there for whatever I needed. Updating my review as our family recently moved out to move into a house. I was a resident of a four bedroom townhouse at this property for ~4 years and, other than some minor annoyances with changing management companies, we consider this a very good experience. The staff is great, pool is clean, no issues with neighbors. We paid on time always, cleaned up after our dog, etc. I even received a decent chunk of my deposit back and I felt the necessary deductions were totally fair. Thanks!

We've lived here a year and a half and are very happy. We live in one of the townhomes, and the size, plus the amenities in the complex have made it worth the cost. I love working with Alisha in the office -- she is always friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance does a good job and is very responsive. We had a fire alarm battery die in the middle of the night and they were happy to walk me through changing it. The garbage service is thorough, and is always willing to take extra items with a phone call to let them know. We have two registered service animals and Alisha knew exactly what paperwork was needed and how to handle waiving the monthly pet fee (which is reasonable anyway). Location is great. My teens often walk to the library and rec center. Two thumbs up from this single mom!

I originally left my review back in July 2020 when my partner and I first moved in. I'm keeping it at five stars as of Feb 23 2021. Seriously the office ladies are a DREAM to deal with. First off, they will text you for anything they need to do. Not like crazy texts but if something happens or whatever you are notified asap. Yes there is dog poo occasionally outside the designated poo areas. Yes, you can hear your neighbors screaming because their angsty teen plays too many video games. But remember, it's an apartment complex, not a gated, policed, private dwelling. I think most negative reviewers could use a lesson in empathy and respect. They'd be surprised with how far kindness gets you in establishments where you rely on others for help. Also, it's a nice complex located SECONDS away from every major store, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Count your blessings people!

This was supposed to be our “retirement home” but everything changed when my son was offered a transfer to another state. I loved my two years at Heriman Towne Center Apartments. We had a fireplace which I loved. Management was always so helpful and kind to me. Maintenance was excellent. But best of all I could remote to 10 Pokémon Go gyms and there were two Pokestops on the property. Anyone who plays Pokémon go will appreciate this.

Nice apartments. Never had any issues with the apartment or management. Just wish pet owners were more respectful and cleaned up after their animals. I mean, they left the poop right next to a clean up station....no excuses, just irresponsible people. If there was a way for that to be better controlled it would have been perfect!

We have lived here at Herriman Towne Center Apartments since July 2019 and we absolutely LOVE it here! The apartments are all beautiful! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken care of! The Clubhouse has a very nice workout area with a cute little playhouse for the kids and or Grandkids to play in while you workout. The pool and pool area are very nice too! There are 4 private cabanas that are free to use and a nice are in the pool for the little ones to play in. There is also a Hydro Massage table and a tanning both that you can use for a very small fee! And don’t forget the Hot Tub! The mailroom is inside the Clubhouse as well as AMAZON Hub lockers! Very convenient and very private! Prior to COVID-19 the staff would have monthly activities for the residence to participate in. It was a great way to get to now your neighbors! We’ve only had one minor maintenance issue, but they were here within 15 minutes to take care of it. Last winter when it snowed the maintenance guys were one it. Sidewalks and porches were always cleared and salted. What else can I say except WE LOVE IT HERE!

In the 13 months I lived there (1 bedroom) I loved it. The highlights for me were that the place is well maintained, it’s quiet, only had two maintenance issues the whole time I was there, the AC and some blinds had to be replaced - both resolved in less than a day, the pool and jacuzzi are nice to relax, they have a steam room and sauna, billiards table, and a decent sized gym. The best part though is the front office ladies are easy to work with and take the time to listen if you have a concern. Alisha stands out though for me as she always treated me nicely from day 1 till I left. I would definitely recommend Herriman Towne Center Apartments.

I think I’d like to give this apartment a 3.5-4 stars. This apartment has been a rollercoaster the 18 months we’ve lived here. When the new management took over it seemed to go really downhill. But some time has passed and they’re doing much better now. I appreciate the effort they’ve put in since taking over. The apartments are very beautiful. We live in an upgraded unit and it’s a real show stopper. The amenities are nice. The apartment does seem a bit over priced at $1180 for one bedroom one bathroom upgraded unit. But that may change after we move out.

I have lived in this community for roughly 2 years now and recently renewed my lease for another 12 months, despite the issues posted by other reviewers. It's true, the complex is under new management and they have made some changes that were not all presented in the correct fashion (customer experience is all about expectations and they definitely sucked at this transitioning from Back to AMC). However, the new office staff has been very nice to us, they re-finished the hot tub, and maintenance staff has been responsive. It is also the best deal for a 4 bedroom unit that can be found in Herriman, especially with the amenities.

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 6 months already and I do like it. I love how safe this area is, that the people in the leasing office and the maintenance guys are friendly and reliable, there are a lot of kids for my toddler to play with, there’s a splash pad during the summer, there’s a community grill, fire pit, kids play area, community get togethers every month, etc. But there are a handful of things I really dislike, too. 
1. Different rent costs — My apartment is significantly bigger than my friend’s in the same complex, but we pay $10 less. We both have the same floorpan, didn’t get the upgraded apartment (built in entertainment area and hardwood flooring throughout), and we’re both on the second floor (bottom floor is $20 more), but maybe they pay more because they were the first tenants to live in that specific unit or because they have upgraded kitchen appliances. But, when I asked why our apartment is bigger than others, the person I spoke to in the leasing office either didn’t know that some are not the same size, or played dumb, which is dishonest to me.
 2. Water bill — Instead of paying for how much water your family personally uses, the way they bill the water is… They take the total cost of your whole building and divide it by how many people are in your apartment to determine how much you pay. This is actually super annoying to me because I’d much rather pay for how much water I use. Maybe this was written in the contract and I missed it, but no one explained it.
 3. Parking — When we first got here, we loved how spacious the parking spots are!! However, once it’s night time, all the parking spots are taken and we realized that, if they made the parking spots even a little smaller, there would be more spots to accommodate more cars.
 4. Thin walls and ceilings — I can literally hear some of the conversations my neighbors upstairs are having. You can argue that this is because we're in an apartment, but this wasn't my experience with my last apartment. Not the biggest deal, though. 5. Hidden fees — When we were inquiring about the apartment, the old management (idk how the new ones do it now) told us there was valet trash but didn’t explain that there was an addition fee for it. Maybe it’s common sense to others, but I didn’t think it was an addition expense. Also, they didn’t explain that we’re paying a monthly fee for recycling, which is on the opposite side of the complex for us. 6. Dog poop — The office sends emails out reminding tenants that there’ll be a fee if they catch you not picking up after your dogs, but there’s still a lot of dog poop in front of our apartment. 7. Hard water -- This is a Herriman thing, not a Herriman Towne Center Apartments thing, but it's worth noting. All that being said, I do enjoy living here....especially since we're paying less for the bigger apartment haha

Great apartments. The ladies at the front were very helpful and accommodating with our move in. We were moving from Texas and we found out a week before our move in that our apartment we reserved was not going to be completed in time. However they were able to find one last 3 bedroom available for us and were accommodating even with a Sunday move in even though they are closed on Sundays! We have been very happy here and our neighbors have been great. Amenities are awesome with the steam room, sauna, and pool.

My wife and I live in one of the town home units that was recently finished. There are minor things here and there that I've had to have addressed but I think that comes with any new buildings. The construction team has been great to come by and work with me to get things resolved. The advantage is that no one has lived here before you - the disadvantage is no one has lived here before you. We liked that the apartment complex provided a box truck with a lift gate that we could use while we moved in. Most rental trucks (U-Haul, Penske) don't have a lift gate and it sure did come in handy. The clubhouse area is spectacular. They have a steam room and a sauna and I've heard that they'll be opening up a hydro massage bed and one of those fancy stand up tanning machines for some extra vitamin-D. The girls in the leasing office have also told me that the pool area will have an outdoor projector for community movies in summer months. I've lived at a number of different projects in the area (Crossing at Daybreak, San Tropez, Jordan Station) and I am the most happy with our choice to move here. I'll update after a couple of months!
