Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. We offer 6 – 12 month lease terms, however, they are on a first come first serve basis. We don’t always have those options available, please call the office if you need a specific lease length. We are happy to help!

Utilities are separate from rent. Your water, sewer, trash and CAM fee are billed through us, you will receive a monthly statement and pay that with rent on the 1st of each month. You will need to set up an account through Rocky Mountain Power and Dominion Energy for gas and electricity.
We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. Most apartments have a weight restriction, however, we do not! We do have a few breed restrictions, please contact the office if you have a question about a specific breed. For more details about pricing please review our pet policy!
Lease signers must accompany guests at all time.
Yes we require proof of renters insurance for all residents who live at Herriman Towne Center Apartments.
There are several different ways you can pay rent. Most residents pay rent through our online portal, however, some still like to pay in person. If you choose to pay in person, you will need to bring rent in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check!
We have maintenance onsite to take care of every day repairs during business hours. If there is an emergency after hours, maintenance is available 24 hours a day, all you need to do is call the emergency line for assistance.
The nearest bus stop is 1.1 miles away, that bus can get you to the nearest TRAX station which is located in Daybreak just a few miles away.
When you sign a lease, your rental rate is locked in for the length of your lease. At the end of your lease agreement, your renewal rate is evaluated and determined by current asking rate and current market rate for your apartment.
Uncovered parking is open to anyone on a first come first serve basis. Carports and Garages are available, if you would like one contact the leasing office!
Herriman Towne Center was complete in 2018 and are not in need of renovation. Although we are a new property in the area, we are always looking for ways to improve and generally have a few large projects planned each year.
