Live here wit a total of 5 years moved out of state and came back for another year and it’s just a great place a great community to live and raise a family and just having great places near by

Really happy with our experience at HTC! They are so quick to correct any maintenance related issues! Much faster, resolution than anywhere I’ve ever lived. There is no heavy turnover in the office, so you always see the same smiling faces every time you go in. I do feel like they’ve taken the time to get to know me and my family and the amount of events they do for the community has been such a pleasant surprise! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, quiet and clean home for their family!

The apartments are really nice inside. The office staff are great to work with. The pool area is great, and a lot of fun during the summer. We also really like the activities center, which you can rent to have parties.
