I toured this property last month with the property manager Kori who was really knowledgeable and welcoming. I was really impressed by the amenities. The sauna and golf simulator were awesome! We ended up buying a home but if we didn’t, this would have been the place!

I had a tour here a couple days ago on Monday as I shop apartments. They’re new, nice, clean, and offer some cool things (the golf simulator is awesome!), but I’m leaning towards this one because my tour guide, Kori, was so incredibly kind, and over-the-top accommodating of all my nit-picky inquiries and very patient with my endless questions. Of the 4-5 places I’ve toured this week, she was the only one who didn’t seem annoyed or rushing me through their tours.

Went to tour recently and had a great experience- the complex itself was really well maintained and the amenities were awesome- I love that they have a steam room, which most complexes don’t. Overall it looks like a great place to live and staff were super friendly. I believe we spoke to a Cory and she was extremely helpful.

Huge shoutouts to Pio for the warm welcoming and service that she provided while I was touring Herriman Towne Center. She was super sweet and kind. Any question I may have had, she answered with no problem! This place definitely checks off everything I’m looking for and the amenities just tops it off even more. Definitely top 3 on my list for sure!

I really enjoyed touring and seeing the amenities, recently moved here and this was my first tour and one of my choices. It's very beautiful and Pio helped me with my tour, I can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful she was. Pio was very responsive in answering any questions I had with enthusiasm and knowledge in providing detailed information about the apartment and surrounding areas. Very patient and provided clarity on the many questions I had. After the tour I felt well informed and excited about the prospect of moving into this complex with the amazing amenities it has to offer!
